Eligibility: By submitting your video, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. You must also own the rights to the video and have permission from any individuals featured in it.

Content Requirements:

  • The video must be original and created by you.
  • It should be relevant to our brand and align with our content guidelines (e.g., no offensive material, no copyright infringement).
  • The video should be in a commonly supported format (e.g., MP4 or MOV). 

Submission:

  • By submitting your video, you grant us permission to use, display, and distribute the video in connection with our marketing and promotional activities.
  • You may submit the video via this form, along with any required information such as your name, contact details, and a brief description of the video. 

Rights and Usage:

  • By submitting this form, you grant Air Oasis a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the video for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
  • This includes but is not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, advertising materials, and other marketing channels.

No Compensation:

  • Submitting a video does not entitle you to any form of compensation, royalties, or credit unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

Ownership:

  • You retain ownership of the video you submit, but you grant us the rights described above. You confirm that the video does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Oasis, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submission, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement or defamation. 

Privacy:

  • Personal information provided with the video submission will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to use the video as described.

Modification and Termination:

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
