  • The return period starts 60 days from the date the order was shipped.
  • Refunds will be issued within one week of Air Oasis receiving the return.
  • Item(s) must be returned unbroken, without defects to receive a refund.
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item(s) to Air Oasis for a refund.
  • If a partial quantity of items in a discounted bundle are returned, the bundle or quantity discount will be forfeited and subtracted from the refund.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging. Air Oasis will not be responsible for any damaged or stolen items that may occur during shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment. 
  • Used replacement air filters are not eligible for returns.
