Air Oasis Product Warranty
We proudly manufacture the highest quality products and test each one individually before it leaves our facility. We are pleased to offer the following warranties:
If you purchased a product from Air Oasis or an authorized Air Oasis reseller, process warranty and repair requests using the RMA Form.
For complete warranty details, please refer to the owner's manual included with your unit.
The Air Oasis warranty has the following requirements:
- Customers submitting warranty claims are required to ship the product to Air Oasis for examination at the customer’s expense.
- The Air Oasis warranty is non-transferable.
- Product Registration on this page is strongly encouraged. Proof of purchase may be required.
- Our warranty excludes filters and parts intended for regular replacement.
- Normal recommended usage and has not been subjected to physical abuse, chemical exposure or water damage.
- Filter and AHPCO® Cell replacements have occurred as recommended.
- Warrantied products may be replaced with new or refurbished units of the same or similar model.
- Whole Home purifiers must be installed by a licensed contractor.
