  • After completion of this form, a ticket will be assigned.
  • A Customer Service Representative will send you instructions on how to return item(s).
  • Returns, refunds & credits are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving returned item(s).
  • Please note, if you did not purchase your unit from Air Oasis, we cannot give you a refund. You will need to contact the retailer/installer you purchased it from to obtain a Return Authorization.
  • If there is not an RMA/ticket number on the package, it will be returned to sender.
